And dipped1, he says2,3 in Jordan seven times. Not in vain in old time was Naaman being a leper baptized4 and cleansed, but for our information, who being lepers in our sins are cleansed by the holy water and Invocation of the Lord, from our old transgressions, as new born children spiritually regenerated,5 as the Lord too saith, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
