I can't speak to the reader with the same degree of understanding that I offer in my atheist series, however I can relate somewhat to a lesser extent and sympathize with a pagan. While I never have truly believed in our old gods there have been times in my life when I thought it seemed fun and wanted to. This passed more or less quickly as an early teenage phase but returned later in my life when I was feeling like something was missing and I was seeking answers. Believe it or not, what led me to Catholicism was my interest in Odin. So I'm not here to insult you. I want to help you.
Though I write this from the perspective of someone who is interested primarily in Norse mythology, I recognize that people all over the world can benefit from what I'm trying to say in these pages. I'm not going to point out every time that paralells all over the world exist and that it's possible for them to syncretize with transition into Catholic teachings as well.
I'm just going to assume that the reader is coming to these pages with the same interest, but I encourage you to consider that if you are of a different people in some other part of the world, you can apply this same logic to whatever pre-Christian interest is more relevant to you.
